Where we ship
Loren Vell currently ships within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Processing time
Orders are normally prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
Shipping options and charges
Available shipping methods, estimated delivery windows, and any applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout before you place your order. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, high-volume periods, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking
When tracking is available, shipping information will be sent to the email address associated with your order. Tracking may take some time to update after the carrier receives the package.
Addresses and delivery issues
Please review your shipping address before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact support@lorenvell.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after fulfillment begins.
