14-day return window
You may request a return within 14 days after your order is delivered. To start a return, contact support@lorenvell.com with your order information.
Return eligibility
Returned merchandise must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with original tags and packaging. Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage after delivery, or missing original components may not qualify for a return.
Return shipping
For eligible returns accepted under this policy, Loren Vell covers the return-shipping cost. Return instructions will be provided after your request is reviewed. Please do not send merchandise back without return instructions.
Refunds
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the return status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time for the credit to appear can vary by bank or payment provider.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact support@lorenvell.com promptly and include your order details and clear photos when helpful so we can review the issue.
